Game:

Tweaked overall game balance for a more balanced experience. 

Implemented boss scaling mechanic for funner boss encounters.

Fixes:

Fixed bug where player didn't lose powerups on death.

Fixed bug where UI didn't update on some powerup events.

Fixed a crash on game over.
